Shipping

Our decals are shipped according to the information supplied by the customer. If a shipment is not delivered due to an error made by the customer submitting incorrect information, decalbomb.com will reship the package with the corrected address at the customer's expense.

  • decalbomb.com cannot be responsible for any shipment delays due to the shipping company's error or weather.
  • decalbomb.com is unable to bill shipping charges to a receiver's/third party account.
  • If a package is returned to decalbomb.com after 3 delivery attempts by the shipping company, the package will be resent at the customer's expense.
  • Orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service.

 

Shipping Options

Free Shipping - Order $25 or more and receive Free Shipping within the US.

USPS First-Class Package - $3.50 for all orders shipped within the US. USPS First-Class Package includes tracking information. Please allow 1-3 business days for delivery.

*Delivery times are estimates and provided by the United States Postal Service and is not a guarantee. Shipping times do not include production time. Orders may be shipped in a flat mailer, bubble mailer, shipping tube or a box this will depend on the size and quantity of the decals ordered.

 

Loss or Damage

In the event a package is lost by the USPS or the item is damaged. Please let us know as soon as possible so that we can file the appropriate paperwork with the USPS. We will replace the item at no charge while the USPS conducts an investigation. If however the USPS finds that your item was delivered to your address, you may be responsible for the cost of the replacement and shipment.

If the item arrives damaged by the USPS, we will replace the item however before a replacement can be shipped we will need proof of purchase, a signed written statement from you that the item was received damaged, and pictures of the damage emailed to support@decalbomb.com.

 

Production

Each decal is custom made to order. Standard production time is 3-7 business days. Orders placed after business hours, on holidays or weekends are processed the next business day.

 

Cancellations

Each decal is custom made to order. If you need to cancel your order, you must contact us with your order number. Cancellations are subject to a minimum 5% administration fee. We are only able to cancel the order if we have not started production of your item. Once production has started, the order cannot be canceled. If a proof has been created and you decide to cancel the order, a $10 setup fee will be applicable to your refund.
