Will my decal come with a background?
No. There is no white or colored background to the decals. The black part of the image is what gets cut out and the background is whatever you apply the decal to.
How does decal sizing work?
The size that you choose is measured to the longest dimension, if the decal is tall the size selected will be top to bottom, if the decal is wide the size selected will be left to right. If you need a specific size that is not listed please use the custom order form.
What type of Vinyl is used for the decals?
We use Oracal 651 vinyl for our custom vinyl decals, unless another type of vinyl is offered on the product page. Oracal 651 vinyl is a calendared medium-term indoor and outdoor vinyl with a thickness of 2.5mil (millionths of an inch) and made with clear, solvent-based, permanent adhesive.
What type of finish do the decals come in?
Our decals come in glossy finish for all colors. Matte finish's may also be available in the product color option drop down on some of our decals.
How long will my decal last?
Oracal 651 vinyl has a durability rating of six 6+ years.
How long will it take to make my decal?
All of our decals are custom made to order. Standard processing time is 2-5 business days. Orders placed after business hours, on holidays or weekends are processed the next business day.
What can I apply my decal to?
You can apply decals to just about any clean, smooth, non-porous surfaces, indoors or outdoors. Our decals include high tack application tape for easy placement. You can use them on cars, trucks, boats, signs, walls, windows, laptops, cell phones and much more.

How will my decal be shipped?
All orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service and may be shipped in a stamped envelope, bubble mailer, shipping tube or a box this will depend on the size and quantity of the decals ordered.
Standard Domestic Shipping Times
USPS First-Class Mail - Free for all orders shipped within the United States. USPS First-Class Mail does NOT include tracking information. Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery.
USPS First-Class Package - $3.50 for orders shipped within the United States. USPS First-Class Package WILL INCLUDE tracking information. Please allow 1-3 business days for delivery.

Where is my order shipped from?
All orders are shipped from Cape Coral, Florida.
What should I do if my order was lost or damaged?
In the event a package is lost by the USPS or the item is damaged. Please let us know as soon as possible so that we can file the appropriate paperwork with the USPS. We will replace the item at no charge while the USPS conducts an investigation. If however the USPS finds that your item was delivered to your address, you may be responsible for the cost of the replacement and shipment.
If the item arrives damaged by the USPS, we will replace the item however before a replacement can be shipped we will need proof of purchase, a signed written statement from you that the item was received damaged, and pictures of the damage emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org.
What type of payment do you accept?
We currently accept credit card, and PayPal. Additional payment options may be available in the future.
Can I get a refund?
Sorry, but because each one of our decals are custom made to order, there are no refunds on orders for any reason other than a defect, damage or an error made on our part. If you need to exchange it for the same decal, please contact us.

My decal was defective or damaged when I received it, what should I do?
If your decal arrived with a defect or was damaged when you received it you can exchange it for the same decal, please contact us.
Can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order, you must contact us with your order number, however we are only able to cancel the order if we have not started production of your decal. Once production has started, the order cannot be canceled. Custom order cancellations are subject to a minimum 5% administration fee. If a proof has been created for you, and you decide to cancel the order, a $10 setup fee will be applicable to your refund.
How do I apply the decal to something?
Decals can add a personal touch to a variety of surfaces, like windows, walls, and the sides of vehicles. Whatever kind of surface you're putting your decal on, it's important you clean it thoroughly beforehand. Once it's clean, you'll just need a few tools to secure your decal in place. Take the time to choose the perfect spot so you can avoid the hassle of having to remove your decal.

How do I remove a decal?
Vinyl decals are designed to stick and maintain their hold for a long time. Unfortunately, this means that their removal can be difficult and time-consuming. Removing the decal too aggressively can result in damage to the area the decal was applied to. With the proper products and methods, you can remove the decal as well as any adhesive residue without damaging the area the decal was applied to.
